最近有不少同学抱怨，国考门槛越来越高了，不仅专科生几乎无岗可报，非应届生能报的岗位也越来越少了，很多时候都是有心无力，无岗可报。
和国考日益变高的门槛相比，公务员省考却要“宽松”许多。尤其是乡镇单位，出现不少“三不限”岗位。
“三不限”是什么意思
所谓的“三不限”，一般是指不限学历（大专以上），不限专业，不限户籍的岗位。
这三个条件是公务员考试报名时最主要的门槛，尤其是专业限制，更是让很多同学望洋兴叹。
三不限岗位，基本属于人人都能考的那种，但不止你一个人这么想，其他人也会秉持同样的想法。因此每年三不限岗位报名人数都很多，实际想上岸并不容易。
“三不限”岗位通常是哪些
三不限岗位在国考和省考中都会出现，但省考出现的概率大很多。从以往的情况来看，三不限岗位主要出现在下面这些单位：
公安类岗位，如民警、狱警、铁路公安、民航空警等岗位，通常都会留出一部分岗位作为“三不限”招录。
乡镇类岗位，一些偏远地区的综合类岗位，基本也都是没有要求的，因此即使环境艰苦，也有不少人选择报名。
另外，有一部分三不限岗位虽然不限专业，但要求是“四项目人员”才能报考，实际门槛是很高的，属于定向招录的一种了，和普通三不限还是有区别。
“三不限”岗位值得去吗
三不限岗位虽然门槛低，但并不意味着其职位低人一等，所有公务员含金量都是一样的。从未来发展上来说，三不限岗位是肯定没问题的。
三不限岗位最大的问题在于竞争实在太过激烈，随便一个三不限岗位，最低都是好几十个人争一个位置，公务员考试是按照考试成绩来录取的。
也就是说，每一个三不限岗位后面，都会有几十上百个“炮灰”。如果对自己的实力没有绝对的把握，尽量还是选择条件贴合多的。
当然了，还有一部分冷门专业的同学，考公务员时实在是没有更好的选择了，不得已只能报考三不限，这是无可奈何的事情，只能在备考时多下功夫了。
总的来说，国考三不限岗位本身就比较少，你所在的地区可能压根没有。省考中三不限岗位相对更多，但在有更好选择的情况下，还是应当报考条件限制更多的岗位。
