（ 1 ）白蒿饼野菜饼的做法食材用料

白蒿 500克、鸡蛋 2个、面粉 适量、盐 适量。

做法步骤

先把白蒿洗干净，然后用刀切碎；

放到容器里，加少许面粉（为了使白蒿不散）再加两个鸡蛋和盐，拌均匀；

放到电饼档里，用铲子铺均匀，一般做厚一点会好吃（油可放可不放）

等待熟了，中间可翻一次；

完成，出锅装盘上桌。

（ 2 ）桐蒿煎蛋饼的做法 食材用料

桐蒿 适量、鸡蛋 2个、油 适量、花椒面 适量、盐 适量、面粉 适量。

做法步骤

桐蒿的茎切段，叶切碎；

鸡蛋，盐，花椒面，面粉，桐蒿碎放一个器皿中；

边加水边搅拌所有材料，水灼情加不能一次加入；

搅至均匀稠糊状；

4.大葱放在拌好的白蒿上，撒上少量十三香粉。

5.炒锅烧油，油热后，热热的浇在十三香粉和大葱上。

6.浇好油的大葱。

7.往浇上油的大葱上撒入少量面粉，一点点将大葱和面粉拌匀拌开。

8.最后将剩余的面粉拌入白蒿中，将黏在一起的白蒿用面粉抖开。这是拌好的白蒿。

9.蒸锅水烧开，放上篦子，铺上篦子垫，我用的擀开的面片，面片因为密封性太好，所以要在中间抠出洞来透气。

10.将搅拌好的白蒿轻轻的放在篦子上。

11.大火十分钟上气后中火二十分钟即可。

蒸白蒿怎么做

1.白蒿洗净，清水浸泡十分钟。

2.捞出控水30分钟。用箅子或菜筐等能漏水的容器控水。

3.倒少许油拌匀，作用是使菜菜互不粘连。

4.准备面粉和玉米面，比例是2:1.

5.将两种面粉拌匀。

6.和白蒿拌匀，使每根菜上都沾上面粉。

7.水开后入锅蒸十分钟。

8.蒸菜的同时准备调料

9.用压蒜器挤出蒜蓉。

10.将所有调料搅拌均匀。

11.中间开盖，用筷子挑散一次。

12.蒸好后，原来满满一锅会塌下去一半。
